Sometimes, 'loyalty' back from vloggers is expected though, which can get toxic (if this isn't you, then don't be offended). Still, no people prouder to show off their country than Filipinos I know.

Unsubscribing if you no longer show Philippine videos is a really odd mentality. My personal explanation for this is that Filipinos want to form a relationship with you, like a friend. If they see you in another country, it’s like you’re no longer interested in being friends, bros before hoes kinda thing, and Filipinos become uninterested and they leave. Odd but part of the culture I guess.

I dont know but my understanding is that the creation of a Trifate PH channel seem to imply that you intend to separate or drive your Pinoy viewers there -- while your main channel gives way to non-Philippine related vlogs, so it will grow further by inviting new subs coming in from the other countries. So why then are you expecting the Pinoy viewers to carry and support the vlogs from TH, HK, Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc-- when you should be targetting the audience of these countries? Just a clarification.
