Just out of pure concern, you end up giving so much more than you receive taking care of three children is a HUGE job (even part-time) and I can't imagine anyone (not biological) taking on that responsibility. However, with every relationship you seem to do that. You have a big heart I hope you are rewarded for it this time.

yeah i love danna but this is wife privileges. i don't see him pouring into her...she joined last minute uprooting her plans to go on HIS work trip, spent a whole week cleaning HIS rv, cooks him dinner, takes care of all the motherly duties on a trip with his kids. when he planned to visit her at her house a couple weeks ago, he switched up and she ended up having to drive to him and dealt with unhitching her trailer, cleaned her apt for nothing, etc. she has been saying for weeks she wants to get her trailer back in order. why couldn't he offer an hour or two one evening to help her with that? she is exhausted these past weeks bc everything is on his schedule and whims. i also don't believe for a second he changed his original thoughts on not wanting more kids. now all of a sudden he tells her he wants them with her within weeks. i think he will end up proposing then going back on the kids to his original stance. she overgives and he is happy to just receive imo. im sorry he seems like a nice guy (and he's very good looking! so i get it) but for what danna wants i don't see this working.

There are many people who take on the care of non biological kids everyday of the week , my husband took mine on having never even met them and he's been a father to them now for 26 coming on 27 years , lots of men and women do so ,and everyone can say no she chooses not to say no

At 30 I married a man with 3 pre teen and teenage girls and we eventually had 2 of them full time. They were tough but they have filled and blessed my life so much! Especially now that I have 8 grands and 2 greats! And they call me Grandma! It's the best!

I dated a guy with kids and he had a vasectomy because he didn’t want anymore. Expected me to play mom, housewife, cleaner, etc. it was a no for me. I wanted my own children too. We got engaged, he said he’d reverse it. No he did not. I was done! Glad I got out of it. It can work for some woman but I was not going to settle for anything less. Best of luck Dana. very worried this will happen to her. i care a lot and am vocal bc i see a lot of myself in danna. im a certain age and wants kids. we can't settle for guys who are wishywashy on kids. she needs a guy who is dying to be a dad and wants to asap. this guy seems lovely but doesnt fit that. she will fall into a stepmmum role and miss out on having her own children, as you described.sooo happy and proud of you for getting out when you did. it's not always easy
