I love that there’s junk food everywhere. I’m also somebody that stays away from it, as much as I can LOL It’s fun and taste good when you’re healthy . There was a time when Americans we weren’t as saturated with Sugars and fats. It’s definitely a generationall thing. And the medication‘s add to the generational genetic dysfunction’s of the body….? Is there a way to get Americans to work out? We’re going to have to convince millions and millions of Americans to start working out. He’s describing a machine and the people feed this machine generationally, and the machine generates more money by solving more problems that…. that the machine keeps creating.😮 the more i type the more it’s there, just thinking. Children from a young age, need to be inspired to push their bodies physically to be a part of nature to live with gravity, to run, play, compete, drink milk (🥛 heathy milk/better cows 🐄). 👉🏼 We live in a paradise people need to learn how to live here! 👈🏼

Seventy four year old man here. Already lived a long life. Been taking meds the past seven years that my cardiologist prescribed. Feeling worse every year. I'm now over 70. Was dx'd w/A-fib 2 years ago. Then w/CHF about 4 mos. later. Had a cardioversion early the following year, then in the Fall a cardiac ablation. My cardiologist did not want me off my Eliquis. A year after the ablation he told me I would be on the Eliquis for life! 😳 Then he told me I was wasting my money taking vitamins and supplements. Said "You have the most expensive pee in the world". I have just stopped the Eliquis (without his agreement)...still take drugs for the CHF. My heart is doing well. But I lost respect for this Doctor totally. He disrespected me and my primary Dr. (a D.O.) and another practitioner. A very discouraging experience. I finally feel at peace with this decision but it took a long time to have the confidence to make it!

When I was in private practice, we never, ever allowed drug reps to come into the office. They had to stand at the receptionist window and talk to us...they would maybe get a few minutes and that was it. They would be shocked that we didn't want any of their lunches or whatever. Once a rep said, well we see you haven't written for the drug we've given samples for, so we may have to stop giving samples. and right there at the receptionist window, in front of the waiting patients, I said, hang on, are you threatening me? Are you threatening the Dr? He turned white. I told him he probably didn't need to call on our office again. That's when we knew the big Pharma machine was out of control by monitoring. Unbelievable. We educated our patients at every turn.

My doctor, if you could even call her that, told me I'd never come off insulin and I would die if I tried to. My A1C was a solid 10 for the decade I was taking insulin. My weight was 220 (5'4 female). I went off insulin and started the Mediterranean diet, along with 45 to 60 minutes a day of exercise. Within six months, I lost 40 pounds. My doctor didn't acknowledge my success, instead she scolded me that my A1C was 8 and unacceptable. I just brought it down two points! Then she started pushing ozempic. She wouldn't let it go. I took the prescription from her and never got it filled. I returned for my 90 day appointment having lost 10 more pounds and another point off my A1C. That grifter wouldn't talk to me about my weight loss, coming off insulin, or lowering my A1C when I told her I never got the prescription filled. She wouldn't see me anymore, I had to find a new doctor in the practice. She just left the practice and opened her own weight loss clinic. She should lose her license. Total shill!

Do not give them sugar. If they stay with it, they'll be healthy thru their life. Less tooth decay. If you look while you drive on your expressways, the biggest most beautiful buildings are , Heart centers, Kidney centers, Lungs or Pulmonary Centre's and Diabetes centers. That should tell you. I can give you several cures for cancer. Any kind of cancer. So many things kill cancer. The hard part is getting a frail body with a compromised immune system to detox the dead cells and toxins they release fast enough. It’s hard, but it can be done. I suggest you look at high dose IV vitamin c, papers available going back decades Gerson therapy focussing on green juices Raw cruciferous with omega 3 Rife frequencies And there’s plenty more. You can find the information if you want it.

She said she felt so sick when she came off it and is still having problems months later with stomach issues and she has gained back 63lbs. I asked my Dr about it and he told everyone exactly what this guy is saying. He said he would not recommend it to anyone. His brother who is also a Dr in an another state is making tons of money and he said he just couldn’t do that. He Ike’s people too much. I am so glad I have a honest and good Dr.

I was 278 pounds 2 years ago. I am 149 pounds today. 5 foot 8 27 year old male. My doctor told me I was pre diabetic at the time. I went to the doctor due to back pain, nothing to do with my diet. My back pain was due to the Increased weight pressing against my spine. I drive a commercial truck 10-12 hours a day, it was hurting my back just to sit. My switch was the day that I was holding my glock to my head for a solid 3 minutes with my finger firmly on the trigger at the wall. I almost pulled it, but I decided to put the gun down and reach out to someone. I'm so glad I did not pull that trigger. Americans need to take accountability.

I would be very careful with Keto. A lot of the improvements you have seen might be from cutting out the biggest problem ingredients: artificial foods, processed foods, vegetable/seed oils, and not specifically from the Keto part. But how would you know if a similarly restricted diet focused on eating basic "whole" foods as it comes from the field wouldn't be as good or better? I.e. eating mostly whole grains, (sweet-)potatoes, vegetables.

Sort of. I just put up a comment about my situation. Been mentally unwell for 15 years and it's hit me hard, and controlled my life. I'm now on 4 different meds. I spend most my time as a zombie. I lift weights. I walk miles. I cook my own food from scratch. I love making bread. But I just feel like I don't want to be here. I'm not going to tap out, but it would be easy to. I tried before and got sectioned. I am stuck in life. I'm a skilled software engineer. But I have ASD, ADHD, depression, panic disorder and I beat Cancer. I think beating Cancer made me cheat my fate, and I'm trapped here now. If God is in control, I shouldn't be here. My number was called. My parents lost the battle 5 years ago, why am I here? And what is my purpose in life without the people I love? Even before they passed, I was unwell mentally. I've got therapists. I receive support. But nothing works. I don't know what causes it, or how to control it. Professionals are clueless. They just adjust my meds, ask me loads of questions, and send me away for 3 months until our next meeting. I desperately want to be normal. I do all the right things. Yet I'm completely broken. I wish it were as simple as diet, exercise and discipline. I'm wired incorrectly in the brain I think. I don't understand the value or need in doing a 9 to 5 and wasting your life. I don't not believe humans were intended to live this way. I think the system is the problem. I could happily live alone, in nature, in my own small hut and be in my element. But the powers control it all and make that impossible. Escaping the system seems impossible.

I took Mounjaro (similar to Ozempic) for 2 months. I don’t take medicine easily as I have always preferred to do things the natural way and I never trusted pharma, but I was at the end of my rope. At the end of my second month my liver constantly hurt and things would pass extremely slow through my stomach. If I ate meat it sat like a brick for days. That’s when I decided it wasn’t safe and to stop taking it. With that being said, it did help me tremendously. I was 287lbs before taking it. I am down to 252 now after 3 months (2 on it, 1 off it). It turned off the little voice in my head that would constantly say ‘You know what sounds good to eat right now…?’ It also made me feel full all the time. I did not experience the awful headaches and ‘hangryness’ that I would usually get when I would go on a diet. It was EASY to lose. I changed my diet in two ways- the first, I went grainless. No wheat, rice, oats, corn, etc. None, zip, zero. That and no artificial ingredients (flavors, colors, preservatives, etc). I also walked for 20-40 minutes each day. I have been able to stay on my grainless diet and stick to better food choices because the medicine got me over the hump. I’m very appreciative of the medicine because it changed my life for the better, but definitely don’t think someone should be on it longer than a month or two. My doctor was amazed by my recent blood work. I am no longer diabetic. Yes, in 3 months I reversed it. I went from a fasting blood sugar of 225 to 98!!! Please consider getting the Libre 3 glucose monitor if you want to lose weight. Seeing in real time just how much my diet affected my body was extremely eye opening.

You are talking about the same government that is happy to re issue more "financial packages" of billions of US tax dollars cash to Ukraine. The same "Ukraine" that has has a coup d'état "where the Military TAKE OVER THE PRESIDENT". Is that not what has happened according the main stream legacy media and all news agencies? That Zelensky has fired his Military Chief but HE REFUSED TO GO. But the US Biden Administration is sending more billions ANYWAYS... Why has Victoria Nuland flown to Kiev but has not shown her Cheshire cat beaming smiles on a photo with Zelensky? Everybody BUT Zelensky....just BY COINICIDENCE, they just HAPPENED to bung them a few more billion at the same time. I see. Why are they sending more cash to a country under these conditions and WHO IS RULING WHOM in that country? Are the Military taken over the President now? What do you think they mean when they keep saying RULE OF LAW. They never show anyone these "Rules" as it seems they make them up as they go along...but as someone said in the East if ONE can then "Toucan". "A coup d'état (/ˌkuːdeɪˈtɑː/; French for 'stroke of state'), or simply a coup, is typically an illegal and overt attempt by a military organization or other government elites to unseat an incumbent leadership." But I imagine there are still some folk "donating to Ukraine"...whatever THAT means...

The fact that you had to figure it out by yourself and could be forever on medication without fixing it is criminal. Most doctors know the way to fix diabetes and yet the prescibe something to fix the symptoms and let everyone die sick.

I am a 3rd generation diabetic ( that I know of). recently diagnosed at 65. I quit soda at 50. I drink coffee, water, and tea now. I am working on gut health now and trying to eat clean. It is hard to get real food unless you grow your own. Wish me luck.

You should start watching Dr Berg and/or Dr Mindy Pelz on here. I've followed their diet and lost 55 pounds in a matter of months. It's focused more on getting healthy. Losing weight is just a perk. Or check out the book, "Fast Like a Girl"...good luck!

FDA just protects companies not citizens. I was shocked to read that but they protect the patents & have nothing to do w safety of food. They actually twist the truth so the companies can sell us poisoned "food" all designed to make us fat & sick. It's pure evil that they've done this to millions of people.

I’m a nurse and 9/10 patients receive 10-15 meds a day! We give patients insulin while we feed them sugar and carbs three meals a day while they drink “diet” soda. Hospitals are not making people better. I always wanted to be a nurse to help people and today I hate what I do. 😢

That's why WHOLISTIC care from someone such as a chiropractic physician, should be your first line of defence.
@acw7120
@acw7120 9 ай бұрын
Or an easy way of looking at it was how it was explained to me 40 year ago. "Taking a "Pill" as the first line of defence is like stepping on a nail and taking a "pain killer" instead of taking the nail out. "Nail Dis Ease" the Big Farmer will call it..."ignore the nail...." Here are some pills that will make you rattle like a packet of smarties instead of remove the nail.

acw7120, Good explanation. One of their excuses is that the patient won't do the right thing anyway. This means the people who WOULD get fit to cure their health problems are not informed about this option. Because it benefits their $ they assume no patient has enough discipline to exercise and eat a healthy diet. "Informed consent" was abandoned decades ago. In short: I put myself on a low salt diet, but doctors can't or WON'T believe a patient can do that.

15 years ago, a young lady I met, was a “pharma rep”. Her “annual budget” was $50k PER DOCTOR, to “gift” them for prescribing her “pharmaceutical companies “ meds!! This has been on forever!! The Dr.’s get a “kickback “ for each prescription!!
@HahaDamn
@HahaDamn 9 ай бұрын
Drs don’t get kickbacks based on volumes, that’s illegal, they get kickbacks for exclusively dealing in particular medicines or hospitals which they are also allowed to have financial interests in

If only I had recorded this! I went to a new doctor to get my asthma inhaler prescriptions renewed. He dropped me because I refused a blood pressure med that I know is dangerous for me. (He was like a car salesman trying to sell that drug!) It took me 4 weeks to change my insurance to go to another doctor. This is called patient abandonment. FYI: when a doctor drops you, he is obliged to give you time to find another doctor and he's supposed to notify you in writing that he's dropping you.

The fact that he could & would turn things around is what sadly will most likely prevent President Trump from being president again and choosing effective people like Tucker … I lknow we need his leadership, but too much money is on the line for pharmaceuticals & the weapons industry & the people they bribe - oops I mean the people they lobby. However, I am holding out hope.

Who get a bag of diamonds from a foreign government instead of cash. If trump’s kids got a bag of diamond’s from the CCP. All hell would break loose. But. Fake media doesn’t report on truth anymore and their neophyte viewers believe everything. It’s amazing.
