Global narrative . A few specifics : 1. Why TN has the highest per capita Debt among states? Unbriddled freebies over decades under competetive politics? 2. Why TNGEDCO has the highest Debt among State Gencos? Govt has parked it’s deficit and borrowings there? 3. While TN has the highest GERatio why it’s products under “ Samacheer Kalvi” fail to pass National competitive examinations in numbers even as compared to under developed states although Tamil medium is an allowed option? Quality has suffered under quantity? 4. Why corporations and municipalities in TN are not given more space, freedom and autonomy while TN always clamour for more autonomy from Centre? Is it not hypocrisy?
