I am fascinated may God bless him as all I heard till now is men is one digree superior in this world by using verse 3.34
@cnault3244 Жыл бұрын
If one verse says men are superior and a different verse says men are not superior, the Quran contradicts itself and is wrong. The Quran says women are not equal to men. Sura 2:228 . Wives have the same rights as the husbands have on them in accordance with the generally known principles. Of course, men are a degree above them in status Sura 4:34 Men are managers of the affairs of women because Allah has made the one superior to the other. Sura 4:11 The share of the male shall be twice that of a female A woman's testimony isn't the equal of a man's testimony: Sura 2:282 And let two men from among you bear witness to all such documents [contracts of loans without interest]. But if two men be not available, there should be one man and two women to bear witness so that if one of the women forgets (anything), the other may remind her. Sura 2:282 The Prophet said, "Isn’t the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman’s mind."

I agree with everything you have said here and jazak Allahu khairan on the great video. But I think something important that you failed to mention (with all due respect) is that women in Islam must listen and obey to their husband's as long as they don't tell them to do something which is haram. Now when someone listens to this, it doesnt sit well in their mind because they think automatically of all the negative misconceptions of husbands and their wives in Islam. For example husbands beating their wives or oppressing them etc... but why must we think like this? Like the brother said, Women have the right to choose their husbands, so they should choose someone that they have no problem listening to. If the woman feels as though the man truly fears Allah and lives only for the sake of Allah, then that husband will never be oppressive and Allah will inshAllah bless that marriage, this is why woman need to be careful in who they choose for marriage. Jazak again for the presentation

Actually, BOTH parents should make decisions based on FACTS and who has researched more not based on 'Opinion' or gender. The reason we know this: the PROPHET s.a.w's Wives were all Orphans + Widows + Divorcees ALL except Ai'sha, peace be upon them, and he LISTENED to them for ADVICE and Umm Salama for the treaty of Hudaybiyyah which allowed Muslims to go on Pilgrimage etc. Ibn Malik's teacher was also a WOMAN, people like this helped FIGHT wars even in the frontlines so you can be sure they cared JUST AS MUCH about protecting their families and wanting the best for the nation......Whilst a man with PURE intentions is super important, it doesn't NEGATE the fact that decisions concerning the family should be based on FACTS and COMPETENCE not on your 'gender' LOL as NO SINGLE PERSON is competent in EVERYTHING.......... Also, you're not factoring in the Societal/Familial pressure on Women to get married before 30yrs else risk being seen as 'Leftover women' or 'Defective woman' for not being married by that age. Choosing a GOOD, healthy, COMPETENT, KIND partner is not easy at all, especially if you're more Conservative.

All the events that I experienced first hand in Iraq and Afghanistan led me to believe that Islam has no regard for women or children. Men that I interacted with in both countries held no regard for women or children. They treated them more like property. I feel that all religions at some time have done the same thing. Until men give up this ancient bias we will continue to fight.

Men and women are different both physically and spiritually. Allah SWT gave rights to both gender in different ways. In some part women got more rights and in other parts to men to balance it out. Allah is just. Problem is our society and culture. Society and culture took away the rights of women in the name of Islam when Islam gave women the highest honour and rights. Many people now a days follow cultural version of Islam instead of the real Islam and that's the root of all problems. Everything has turned into gender war now. You can't even go to a normal comment section without someone turning it into a gender war. Muslim youth are following non Muslims and their ideology and even accepting the munafiqs instead of doing their own research. You can feel the immense hatred towards women from men that it has become frightening. Muslim young men now a days act like red pillers and incels online and in real life. Instead of following islamic ideology they prefer the dude bros that spread hatred. And women as a result start following liberal ideology instead. Look at Iran. Do you really think those women would have burned their hijab if real islamic ideology was followed by the government? No. They forced and murdered women to the point women had enough. Even men there were fed up and stood by the side of their women. Muslim youth is misguided and following the wrong people. They don't realise that by doing so, they're not only harming the image of Islam, they're harming their souls. They're bitter and angry all the time. Instead of spending time with Allah, they spend more times on hating on opposite gender. This comment will trigger people who're like this but the people who are actually Muslim in action they'd understand what I'm talking about.

But when u talk about equality when identicality doesn’t exist, it is subjective and one person cannot say for everyone that it is equal. For example, if I have two offspring and give one apple juice and one orange juice in the same amounts with the same amount of nutritional value, then it may seem equal, but will only be so if both like the orange juice as much as the apple juice and vice versa.

@AbdulRasheed-dn4mj3 жыл бұрын
Dear, you can’t understand the Quraan yourself, to do that you have to know the Arabic first then the hadith and context of ayah, you need to comine hadith and Quraan, then you can understand for what it is said to beat women. If a women is stopping her husband to not to do intercourse ( without any proper reason) then men have right to separate her bed and stop talking with her (its the first step) and if she still stops her husband to do so then men have right to beat her wife. Word ; فالضربوهن means discipline them lightly it doesn’t mean a man can beat wife too much or can kill her. Ibne abbas and several other said : beating that is not voilent Hasan basri said : beating which is not severe
@muslimboyilyas7752 жыл бұрын
The verse is in order.The first thing is advising her.I dont think that a logical women will ever do something wrong after advice.
@farhanaakhter64062 жыл бұрын
Lemme get this one thing clear at first- A man can't even lightly beat his wife for any matter like giving to much sugar in tea or not cooking as per his taste or even for not wearing the hijab anymore putta her own choice. This is bcuz at the very first place in the ayat Allah mentions men to be the caretaker of women and so they can never do amything detrimental to them. Now, coming to the beating prt, a man if and only if "fears" that his wife is having an affair and such the very first thing he must do is advicing her. If that doesn't wrk and she continues to overstep her boundaries to the limit that her huabamd gets very hurt and agitated at her that he, out of impulse, like any other human being, gravs her tight and beat her lightly for that matter, Allah allows it. That is, only in case of such a rare circumstance can a man beat his wife. Otherwise it is a major sin for misusinf this ayat. Furthermore at the end of the ayat Allah mentions that He is above all the Highest. By saying so, He establishes the fact that men are not at a position of authority over women and indeed He is the Highest. Btw to add to that, He mentions in the very sam ayat that He has preferred some over the others. Buttt He says "some" here not "men" which refers to the fact that women have been preferred over men in other circumstances. And indeed Allah is the Wisest. Edit: I forgot to mention that 1st is advising, 2nd is to stop sleeping with her and 3rd is beating.
@muslimboyilyas7752 жыл бұрын
@@farhanaakhter6406 Our whole Hanafis scholars are agree on that there are so many orders in the Quran which are used to give permission.Those who knows Quranic grammer,they knows it. This verse which talks about wife beating is not an ORDER that must be followed but its a PERMISSION.If husband dont want to beat his wife,its his choice. For example in Qura 5:2 Allah says when you are out from ihraam then hunt. So we have not seen that every haji is doing hunting after out from ihram during haj time.So its a choice
