You really don’t understand science or what homeostasis means. Stop repeating this utter bollocks. CO2 is the result of combustion. Combustible forms of carbon are made from ancient sun and other ancient processes. Carbon is the element of life if you want to put it that way it carries energy. CO2 is spent life! Solar energy and chloroplast recycle it back to higher forms of energy carrying carbon.

Scientists/ meteorologists/ geologists will tell you that climate and landscapes have changed since tine began. Where I live in Essex used to be under ice! Then under the sea! Now we have farmland! Certain lands were once under water, now they are not, some were not under water, now they are! Cyclic climate/ geological change! That is why populations have always moved across the continents and landfalls and built dams, waterways, reservoirs etc. Now countries can grow types of food all year round and food they once couldn't grow at all! But climate change has happened over thousands of years, not a year or so! Bet all this generation won't stop their take-away food and drink though, or owning a car, fridge, freezer, tv, washing machine, tumble dryer, flying away on holiday, buying loads of cheap, disposable clothing, or showering every day to save the planet, nor keep their old laptop and mobile phone rather than buy a new one nearly every year, nor walk, grow food in their gardens or go without anything including having tattoos, nails and hair done etc. all of which use resources and most also oil to either produce or operate! Will they go without central heating and hot water on tap as we did when growing up? Or food rationing as we did? I think not! They moan if they can't get their favourite brand of something despite having so much choice available! Total hypocrites,

I'm an environmental scientist, and any descent against the Dogma is shut down. I remember when a huge amount of scientific papers where looked at with regard to emissions and human impact on the global climate. They powers that be decided they only wanted papers that had a definitive answer and disregarded papers that said the level of human impact wasn't clear. That's when the numbers saying 90% or more of scientists agree global warming is due to human activity, and made out that the small percentage who definitely said NO must be cranks, when faced with the overwhelming body of scientific research. The other papers have been sneakily referenced over the years, and I've seen the dogmatic hail themselves as including all scientific opinion, but still don't include them in this 90% declaration.

I completely agree that these idiots that are blocking roads should be moved and even charged, because ambulances, fire engines and police going to places where lives are at stake and seconds could be the difference between people living or dying. I must admit though, I was getting extremely annoyed with both of them not letting the filmmaker speak for more than a second or 2. If you invite someone on to the show to talk, then let them talk. Even the screen set up looked like it was geared up as 2 against 1. Let the person speak, then shoot his argument down. You don't sit there and constantly interrupt, patronise and talk over your guest constantly. I'm against the stop oil protests interrupting all our everyday lives by stopping us getting to work or to get to the hospital in time before your loved one passes away etc, but this was a bad look and made the filmmaker look sympathetic.
