蠻喜歡這種話題，如果有教中級中文學生怎麼表達情緒課程的話，我一定會報名。我跟台灣朋友討論過怎麼用「刺激」但我說一些例子他們就說「你的句子很奇怪，台灣人通常不會用刺激這樣」。 其實看人的敏感度，每個人判斷自己經驗刺激不刺激會不同，而且很多人好像壓抑，能體驗情緒的範圍不大。 想說高敏感對你來說有負面的影響的話，可以跟諮商一起處理好。你說高敏感的特徵有一些好處，像藝術家能用情緒來創作很優勢的作品，這些人會怕跟諮商討論問題之後，情緒會消失，反而諮商會幫人們學怎麼調節情緒，情緒的範圍會變更大。
