My grandson is going to watch this. He's only 8. He is a leader. I want him to learn as much as possible about his leadership role. He is a strong believer in Jesus. I can't always teach him the right way. This is a perfect video to help explain his role that God has placed upon him.

Wow!! What an amazing message!! I had a revelation last year when I asked Holy Spirit why alcohol and weed were bad- and He clearly told me "They aren't bad; they just aren't for you. I need you to always have a clear mind when I speak to you." I voted against the bill because nobody I have ever known (Myself included) has smoked because of pain; but for pleasure... 🙄 I would like to hear your take on Nadab and Abihu that were (Smote?) because they offered strange fire. 🤔 I wonder if it's related... Anyway, my goal is to do what God says and not let my heart be taken away from focusing on him. 🥰😇 Bless you and your family Allen!

Thank you soooo very much for this LONG OVERDUE teaching. This needs to go to ALL youth groups. I’m so disgusted with the lax pot usage in society. Most of my family are pot heads. They think I’m a freak because I believe it’s so very wrong. 😢. My blood family they are so lost. Sadly they provided pot to my son and I did not know about it until years later. He now has epilepsy. I believe it’s related.

Someone who smokes weed isn’t necessarily lost and it is very sad if you believe that. It’s a struggle of theirs. Everyone has an Achilles heel but weed isn’t heroin and it does not make these people disgusting. Words like that are what causes people to want to use drugs. All drug use comes from pain or a wound that needs healed.

Weed also doesn’t cause epilepsy it’s given as a treatment for it. I’m not a medical marijuana proponent but pastor Nolan missed the mark with this one. Weed isn’t the same as meth and heroin people are not gonna go murder one another over it and it isn’t gonna cause folks to steal, etc. it’s not as intoxicating as alcohol. Do you drink caffeine? Well, that’s a mind altering substance. You should probably stop or you won’t go to heaven. Do you get the gist of what im saying here? You believe everyone who smokes cigarettes is going to hell? Because that means Charles spurgeon is in hell right now.

Marijuana isn’t addictive. Lord help. This sermon is not accurate at all. Weed isn’t as intoxicating as alcohol. Nobody gets addicted to it physically. Yes it’s sinful to go around doing it just to get high and party. You don’t have withdrawals if you stop using it. Some people need help. Is this worse than taking a nerve pill for anxiety? Or would you rather him just take nothing and continue to unravel until he does something unthinkable or ends up institutionalized? He has probably been through things that would have killed other people. But he’s the bad guy for needing help to cope. And now these words lead everyone to believe he’s going to hell for it. This is very sad it truly is because it is not accurate. Is Noah in hell because he drank?

We no longer have a sin nature when we are born again, born from above, born of God! We are a new creation with a new heart and a new spirit. We are righteous! This means that we have the same nature as our Father. Praise God 🙌🔥💥 ✝️ Therefore, sin no longer has dominion over us. But yes, we can choose to sin because of our lust. We are free to sin if we want to. No excuse. Blessings 🤗💖🤗

Yeah that doesn’t happen in an instant like a magic wand tap on the head like you make it sound. Sanctification is a process. It’s different for everyone. People need to be met where they are in love with specially those who struggle with substance abuse. Every addict who heard this will use more because they now fear going to hell and that’s what addicts do to cope with pain and fear. And they’ll think they aren’t genuinely saved when they read your comment. Everyone has a weakness and this is no worse than a struggle with greed or with being a womanizer.

EVERYTHING can be construed to be a drug, in case you didn't know... Some "substances" are beneficial and some are absolutely poison. Others have a spectrum of benefit/harm, and even those can change depending on what is being "targeted" with the substance. The real problem usually lies within, whether it is a disease of the physical body or the soul...

Absolutely it is. New Wine was newly pressed grapes it hasn't actually fermented yet it is non alcoholic until it begins to ferment as it ages in barrels or new wine skin.

Pastor Nolan, you’re the most reliable teacher that I have ever listened to. But this sermon needs clarification. You have presented a works based salvation mentality with some of the things you have said. Several things need clarification. This will leave someone who depends on a prescription from a doctor or who has any type of medical need for something that they can’t let go of thinking that they’re not gonna go to heaven because of that. I understand that you have probably never had a substance abuse problem and it is difficult for someone who does not know what that is like first hand to accurately teach on it. Marijuana is not going to make people go and kill somebody else. I’m not saying that it’s good or not sinful to do it But everything cannot be conveniently lumped together like this because you’re leaving too many unanswered questions. Why was Noah spared? Because he had a substance abuse problem before the flood. Do you believe that someone who is still struggling in addiction and dies, but is a firm believer in Christ and tries their best it’s gonna go to hell? I can’t get behind that at all.

Too much personal theology especially the Revelation theory..that how I found Allen and he NEVER said it before.
