Hi Lisa. I noticed you get colds very often. I used to have the same problem. 15 years ago I started taking vitamin D3 5000IU (125mcg) daily. I honestly never get any cold, or flu, anymore. I started with a lower dose, already the difference was amazing. It does take 2 weeks to take effect though. In our climate we don't produce any vitamin D3 outside of the summer season, thats why we get colds in winter. D2 is not the same and less effective, it is of mushroom origin and not exactly compatible with our animal biology. D3 is necessary for our immune system. I just thought you might like to know. I'd like to comment on the question at 1:03:22 I've thought about this before and I think the answer lies in the onset of the evolution of the first mobile organisms. The kernel of a sense of self would've had to be somehow encoded into the first organisms capable of, shall we say, non-random movement, because without a sense of separation there's no "self" to preserve. A tree, for instance, has no need of a sense of self to survive because it's not capable of affecting its own survival-probability through movement. A mobile organism, however, gets feedback from its own actions within the environment and its survival-probability is affected by what it does with that information. The contracted energy, or sense of separation, provides an inherent base motivation for the organism to use the information in a "beneficial" way, that is to intake energy and reproduce. Then that kernel, whatever the mechanism of attachment may be, only grew in importance alongside the proliferation of species as evolution continued for hundreds of millions of years. Add on top of that the vastly complicated brain of a human, and a whole new layer of ego seems to emerge on top of the basic sense of separation/self. So to me it seems like that a deep sense of separation was absolutely necessary for humans to ever evolve to this point. It may be that we're approaching a collective kind of turning-point, however, in which a knowledge/acceptance of non-separation becomes widespread, and then training to reduce the sense of separation becomes more commonplace. That's what I think, anyway. Have a good day.

If one is fully present then there cannot be voice to go and inflict pain to another. Light has nothing to do with darkness. Those who hear voices in their heads are basically unconscious beings with all kinds of personality disorders. Bible calls unconscious Poeple unrighteous but conscious Poeple righteous
