The more screwed up people are mentally and emotionally, the longer it takes. If the disorders are extreme enough, it will never happen. And then we blame ourself, and reinforce the false self.

Beautifully expressed. Your English is excellent. A lot of people who have English as a non-first-language tend to think their English is worse than it is. Actually, a lot of the //// it's actually a good deal better than most native English speakers'. It is well to strive to improve, but at the same time know you're doing great and communicating clearly. Best!

curious that i wonder why people sell courses and books and retreats? the freedom is the truth of the universe ?1 did all the gurus i see on youtube charge to speak in person? i suppose the information is out there but if you want to be around the guru for that, you gotta pay !
