I've had social anxiety and depression all of my life. I consider myself very empathetic. Unfortunately, people do walk all over you, and I never set boundaries.😞 I also find myself apologizing for making people feel bad, but rarely do I get an apology.😥 I'm so sick of being here and dealing with narcissistic people, whether in my family, or elsewhere. Narcissistic attraction is what you should be focusing on. There are done people in this world. As an empath you attract Narcissists and are attracted to them. I'm an empath. I'm the empath that nobody talks about. It is training. Open your mind to recognize it. Watch videos on body language. Watch videos on physiology of Narcissists. And more important. The most important. See a therapist. They'll help you recognize this keeps happening to you.

I am an empath as well. I have realized this slowly over time but have only come to believe this recently. I too must be careful with narcissistic people. I have been around people that are energy vampires because of the way they are in constant need. Currently. I have been working with non verbal special needs children. I sought out this job because I communicate well with people who do not speak and I'm getting better at it all the time. However, I have become aware that I am in a lot of physical pain. I realized that I feel pain in the same places that people I work with are feeling pain. I can tell where others are hurting because I am hurting there too. My problem is that I cannot turn it off so it has become debilitating. I need to learn how to turn it off because I've been suffering so much.

Now he’s reached out to me again. I told him I couldn’t go back to what we had before. But that I would like to remain friends. God says to forgive and not wish bad upon others. So what are we to do? These Narcissistic people are unconscious they don’t know what they are doing. They haven’t awakened yet. Please tell me if I’m wrong. Should I just let go? I’ve been home for 3 yrs now suffering from chronic depression and anxiety. After 30 yrs I find that my own Daughter has Narcissistic traits and is trying to keep me from my Granddaughter for no reason at all. She is jealous of our close bond. I am an empath with a covert narsesistisk mother and a overt narsesistisk grandmother. Most of my life I've just pretended like I'm fine, letting them and other people walk all over me. Ended up with lots of self harm, and after a while, psychological help. I'm finnaly, at the age of 50, able to see the whole picture. Why I became chronicly ill, why I had mood swings, depression and anxiety, and I realised I did not like myself at all. Now I'm healing, both mentally and physically.

My mother died at 49, when I was 14 , I was put into a caregiver position to raise my young sister.. I seemed to have been chosen to play the caregiver position.. and also to care for my aging father.. None of my siblings stepped up to the plate to be the caregiver.. I have a similar story. I understand exactly what you are saying. Five years ago I went to a Shaman and he told me I am a old soul. I was surprised as I honestly thought I was a young soul with no direction. Now I see exactly what he meant. I really want to have a past life regression. There are a few lives that come to me so clearly. I’ve never shared this before until now. Both of my parents have passed. I am the youngest of three. My mom always said “who would think the baby is the one to take care of the whole family”. This did happen and I never thought that I would be strong enough to do this. But I AM!! 🙌 Last year My mother passed in my home , with me by her side and my daughter by her other side. We realized she was holding on for us because she could see how upset we were. We shook our heads with “ it’s okay “ as she couldn’t hear and then I mentioned all of our loved ones on the other side. No response until I mentioned her little brother who was hit by a truck at 6 years of age my mom was the oldest and sensed something was wrong while at school. She was crying and begging her teachers to let her go home. When she arrived her brother was still lying in the street. When I mentioned him Her eyes lit up and she looked so excited to see him and then she took her last breath. It’s too long of a story but we had a ah ha moment and I knew with no doubt that we were surrounded by pure Love and I’m not sure who all exactly was there but we were NOT alone. And I have no doubt that she was received with loving arms. She hasn’t tried to come to me and I believe this is a sign that she is happy and rejoicing with all who were there when she passed.

Remember, your reality is a reflection of your belief system. You can shift your beliefs to manifest a reality that you like. This was not one of those really “epic” feeling conversations I’ve listened to of yours where my mind was continuously being blown, but this was a conversation I really needed to hear, and with great pleasure. Every single thing was very resonant to me and my life, and more importantly, it was the pep talk I needed to really be able to view from a more empowering, creator perspective. I’ve greatly underestimated the deep value in regression and past life/ lives investigation, as intriguing as it innately is, anyway. Maybe it also wasn’t as “epic” and mindblowing as other talks I’ve heard/ watched in the past, because my personal “new normal” has elevated even more rapidly recently, to assimilate the information, showing big jumps in my own personal evolution. What’s initially epic and magical at first, eventually habituates, integrates, and becomes normal, to even mundane down the line. I’m so happy I watched this. @James Palmer2 -- It's interesting--and, perhaps I've just been covering the wrong material--but I haven't come across any information, in my researching this topic, that supports what you're implying. When you die, your soul "leaves", and returns to your actual home, rejoining your Higher Self...by way of frequency and vibration. What we're doing, here, on Earth could be called a "working vacation". And, if my body IS ever resurrected, Someone else's soul will have to fill it. I'm done with it after this run. When I was 16 I met this older biker guy. He wore a leather jacket and had a long white beard and kind blue eyes. I never met him before but after talking to him he said that I was an old soul . I felt mature for my age but I never understood the meaning of what he said . He asked me if he could give me some advice . I said you can but I probably won't listen to it . He laughed . He knew I was a rebel . He told me - 1) Never let a guy call you down or hit you 2) Always make your own money , don't let anyone support you . 3 ) Always have fun in life and get into all the trouble with the law before you turn 18 . He laughed . I thought that his advice was good and I told him that. He was happy and I remember how his eyes sparkled . I never seen him since .

I have always had very challenging experiences and I have always been a giver and until now that I am in my eighties that I have realized it. I have always believed that we are all supposed to be givers because when you do all your physical needs are taken care of, my work has always been in social work and to me it has been a blessing. There is no life after death and no reincarnation. Near death and out of body experiences is just the brain going haywire and hallucinating when it is nearly dead as there is NOT enough oxygen getting to the brain when it is shutting down. If they are NOT revived their brain, consciousness and soul will no longer function. Sorry, it's lights out and game over. If the concept of an eternally inflating multiverse is correct then sooner or later an exact remake of your brain, consciousness and soul will be created in another bubble universe with it's own separate big bang somewhere else in the eternally inflating multiverse. The eternally inflating multiverse is based on cosmic inflation. Inflation is where our universe expanded so rapidly for a very brief moment of time at the big bang. Inflation only ended in our part of space (our bubble universe) while other regions of space are still inflating. Once inflation starts, it never fully ends producing an infinite number of bubble universes and each bubble universe would have it's own separate big bang event. There are big bangs happening all of the time at an ever increasing rate with new big bangs occurring forever. An exact copy of you has an exact copy of your brain, consciousness and soul but does NOT have your brain consciousness and soul. This is your only life so make the most of it. Since I was born I had streptococcus throat infection, yearly I had 3-4 severe infections throughout my entire life, with high fever of 103 Fahrenheit, 2 weeks in bed, taking antibiotics… if I had any kind of drink with ice or just cold water I would be sick, couldn’t have cold weather or cold breeze in my body I would get the infection, it was severe… I was becoming resistant to antibiotics too... After having A tremendous spiritual awakening after being agnostic, I wanted to have a past life regression session where I saw what happened in one of my lives in 1906 where I died from an injury in my throat. Since then I do not have any infection whatsoever, I can eat ice, I am living in a very cold weather now after living all my life in a tropical weather, I can wash my hair and go outside to play in the snow etc I haven’t gotten sick at all for 4 years!!! My daughter was born prematurely, has multiple disabilities, a rare genetic disorder which caused her to lose her kidneys (she has a kidney transplant) and Autism on top of that. She is now 31 yrs. old and still lives with me. This has been daunting to deal with as everyone has walked away from my daughter's issues, except for me. I had to figure out every single thing that was wrong with her and find a way to deal with it. Years ago Ainslie gave my family a reading or whatever he calls it. He said that my eldest child was a 10 and that I was a 9 1/2 and that my husband and younger son were 9's. It is important to know that 10's do not always have it figured out. Ainslie said that many 10's are tired of being here and are sometimes painfully unique and this was true for my 10 son who died of a heroin overdose a few years ago. He was a brilliant musician and poet but he struggled with how harsh this world was. Life hurt him too much. Now his brother and I have had to learn to live without him here with us physically. Awesome Michael and Ainslie, I bought the book I was so inspired to do so. I have felt for sometime that our current triggers must be rooted in past lives so i am looking forward to working on them. I like the part on how empaths can attract Narcissists this is so true if you have not dealt with your issues. I have had more than one in my life Until I realised how I must have been like a moth to a light bulb. So I started standing up for myself, I realised there were many people in my life who treated me less than I deserved so as soon as I recognised my failings I stood up so to speak and said that is it no more. Hello Michael This is an amazing talk you had today with Ainslie Maclead. I have been doing Kinesiology for about 8-9 years. How I found Past lives was I learnt to fly an aircraft. I told one the girls at work she said she hated single engine aircraft. I found people with a phobia to aircraft have lost someone in there past life. I said ok and checked her found she lost her husband Pregnant 16 year old daughter and her boy friend in a plane crash in 1958. two weeks after I last flew the plane it had engine failure and instructor said the engine seized breaking off the wooden propeller( he said if it was a steel prop it would rip engine out). I asked did plane have steel prop got yes. I asked was I flying that plane got yes. I asked was i the husband got yes. Took 2 years to find daughter turned out she is my step daughter. The lady from work had sore back my step daughter also had a sore back. I asked can you inherit from a parent in another life time got yes so did inheritance clearing from daughter through this lady and 8 past her. Daughters back pain went over night. I have not spoke to lady from work as we both left there and have not seen her since. I have also found my Chronic Kidney disease is connected with her. Its to do with a type of curse she unconsciously gave me. When she started working at work. I have to clear through her from this life but also clear past lives as well. Apparently she has been my wife in 19 lifetimes. Hopefully this will get me off Dialysis

I saw a physic about a week ago because I have been having a lot of problems feeling out of place, not knowing what to do with my life and just wanted some clarity and direction. He ended up telling me that I am an old soul and how I need to get in touch with the other lives that I have lived. I am an empath and also very sensitive. This helped me on my current journey so much to heal self judgement from within myself. I feel so open to doing more regression for myself. I intuitively did a couple past life regressions for myself in this way and he has in a way validated what I experienced even further. What a wonderful guide he is!!! I actually paused the interview episode several times to journal and use it to release a trapped emotion of self judgement that was related to judgement of money. I combined The Emotion Code from Dr Bradley Nelson & the past life regression teaching here with Ainslie MacLeod and I had a huge shift, I could really feel it in my solar plexus and I released this from other lifetimes when I was a wealthy CEO type man, and a poor servant woman. Both times I was judged by other and judged myself. When I released this trapped emotion, I could feel it in my entire energetic body. Yes cruelty affects me on a visceral level as well. I have to turn away from it. I know look at it as a dark energy projection to have me react to fear and jeep me small.. But now more.. Now I understand and see the Matrix for what its is and how I can heal if thats what I expect and that Empath s are Warriors and No one can challenge an awakened empath. Especially a Narcissist. Sassoon as they see your onto them and without anger sadness or any emotion they shrivel up in front of your very eyes.. All I have then is pity for them..

Many years ago a Healer did a past life regression on me and said that I was an extremely old soul that moved on to each life very quickly. Some souls take breaks between lives but I don't. She also said that my first life was on a world where the life (body) was more of a fish. During the session I recalled 4 distinct lives and I have been able to identify in history who one of them is and it now explains why I have an odd fear (it was from that life). I have the first name and sex of the 2nd life, plus I know his occupation and that he was in Dachau (before the reading ever occurred I visited the camp as a teenager and had a panic attack and felt like I was buried in darkness) so I have not looked further into this life (too traumatic).

There is no life after death and no reincarnation. Near death and out of body experiences is just the brain going haywire and hallucinating when it is nearly dead as there is NOT enough oxygen getting to the brain when it is shutting down. If they are NOT revived their brain, consciousness and soul will no longer function. Sorry, it's lights out and game over. If the concept of an eternally inflating multiverse is correct then sooner or later an exact remake of your brain, consciousness and soul will be created in another bubble universe with it's own separate big bang somewhere else in the eternally inflating multiverse. The eternally inflating multiverse is based on cosmic inflation. Inflation is where our universe expanded so rapidly for a very brief moment of time at the big bang. Inflation only ended in our part of space (our bubble universe) while other regions of space are still inflating. Once inflation starts, it never fully ends producing an infinite number of bubble universes and each bubble universe would have it's own separate big bang event. There are big bangs happening all of the time at an ever increasing rate with new big bangs occurring forever. There are only a finite number of ways matter can be arranged, there are only a finite number of ways matter can be distributed and there are only a finite number of ways the laws of physics can be different and with an infinite number of big bangs repetitions of everything are inevitable. Your exact life you have lived so far and every other possible variation of your life is already being lived right now by other exact copies of you living on other exact copies of the Earth in other exact copies of our universe elsewhere in the multiverse. An exact copy of you has an exact copy of your brain, consciousness and soul but does NOT have your brain consciousness and soul. This is your only life so make the most of it. Reincarnation is just wishful thinking.
