Dr I do have a Dvt have ever I am warfrin I take 2tablet or day my left leg swell all timewhen I sit for long period of time I sit for about 12 hours per day but my leg don't ever get red but it burns a lot what can I do please I need help

I had a blood clot in my lung '12 and put on warfarin....'15 weened off warfarin...got blood clot in calf few weeks later....put on xarelto.....saw a hematologist and they don't know why my blood wants to clot....For about the last 3 years my left leg was larger, socks would leave indentation in leg. 3 weeks ago my wife didn't like the color on the back of my left calf. Got a doppler and I have a DVT. My Dr. put me on warfarin, I went to another hematologist ( the last one doesn't take my health care ) and he took 15 vials of blood. will see him again 8-13. Dr. is having a hard time trying to get me in the warfarin range.....Have you seen a specialist since your last post ?
