Checking in with myself, feel my body, hearing the sounds, in the shower, the supermarket, during walking my dogs, and so in. I really was awake last night for hours, I slept only 3 hours and I was trying to be present as much as I could during the day, but also during the night. Your last podcast helped me so much. I think it starts finally now aftern15 years of hard work. Deep inner healing work. I am 45 now and I bit by bit I am becoming more light. Big hug from the Netherlands.

Twelve years ago, I discovered *The Secret* and was immediately fascinated. From that moment on, I focused on understanding how it works, dedicating almost every day to studying it. I watched the film countless times, trying to grasp every nuance, and I would write down the method for applying *The Secret* in my notes. However, every 3-4 days, I would erase everything, as if searching for a deeper understanding. Finally, I realized what was happening: my recurring thought was "how does it work?" I understood that instead, I needed to focus on the fact that I already knew how to use *The Secret*. And just like magic, everything became clear to me. Despite watching the film about 5000 times, it is only now that I have fully understood the law, and it's really that simple. The more aware you are the easier things will flow. Law of attractions is always working and when you are positive and happy everything flows effortlessly. From Awareness there is no attachment to an outcome therefore there is no resistance. No resistance brings you what you have asked for.

I can get to awareness and experience the calm and peace but then what do I do at this point? The 1st time I asked myself the question, it was like euphoria, I actually got chills! Best way to explain it to my sis was it is like an ultimate truth as if someone asks you a simple question and you answer truthfully...example, what color is the sky and at the point your brain processes and you answer, blue. That split second was my awareness point! Then it disappeared.😢 My question is what do I do during awareness?
