As a kid I lived at the bottom of a ski hill. Just a small local one, nothing fancy, don't get excited. My brother and I would always wait until spring when most of the snow melted and go scour the half pipe for all the stuff guys lost in the winter. Man I relate to Foleys eating habits so much. Hittin a sandwich with a bit of mayo right before you bite. Not dipping it, but just a little touch with a butter knife. You can get your sauce right where you want it, whether in between the bread, at the bottom if you want it to hit your tongue first. You have absolute control over the ratio of sauce/mayo to sandwich each bite so you can adjust to your taste at the beginning middle or end of the sandwich. Perfect.
