Are You Getting Overcharged For an All-on-4

Hello, I know you don’t like to give cost but can you tell me how much for a “normal” case for All On Four both arches? I was recently seen and approved for this procedure so I know I am a candidate.

20 extractions temp and bone graft 4 snap on top 2 on bottom quoted 31k. Ii walked out and will not be going back.

depends on difficulty. cheapest 19k if standard case. if complexity due to large sinuses, more implants, it goes up a few thousand. if zygomatic implants involved, prob 27k

If a person has bone loss from having a couple teeth (tooth 4 and 5 to be exact) extracted 10 years ago, would that cause difficulty doing an all on 4 top arch?

I had 6 upper full size implants done and 4 lower full size implants done with two fixed bridges 7 years ago in south America for 9500$ dollars total. I was quoted 85k in the USA for the same exact procedure. 7 years later I've never had a problem. The best part is I didn't have to pay all at once I made three trips and paid 3300$ each time on a credit card

My regular dentist sent me to a periodontist for the surgery. I got 6 implants because of major bone loss. I just had to do the top. I paid the periodontist $20,000 and my regular dentist (who is making my permanent) $10,000. They have to send it to a lab. I'm kind of frustrated about it. The ones I tried in today were horrible. The left side was okay. The right side was too short. The teeth alignment was horrible. It's been 10 months. I'm hoping to have something I can live with before the end of this year. Luckily, I trust my dentist and their technician who is doing this is as frustrated as I am.

Hi doc! Im in Dubai and was quoted USD 100k to do all the gum grafting and the surgery. Wondering if there’s a virtual consultation available and i can share all my scans. Ive already spent about USD 10k just for the consultation and the scans which i dont mind but to be quoted USD100k after is just too much.

Talk, talk, talk. No answer as to costs. Surgery. No healing time. Nothing to make sure infection is totally eliminated. Am I missing something?

I had Dr Choi do an All-on-4 for me - top only. I would like to offer my take. He is reluctant to throw out a price because it depends on the patient. The quality of the bone and the condition of the mouth dictates the number and type of implants required. I had 5 implants placed. I was in “active” pain where I was taking medication every 6 hours for about 2 days. By the 2 week mark I was eating more or less regularly. I was very careful to avoid very hard or very sticky foods for about 5 months. Because I am diabetic, I opted to have the temporary prosthetic for 8 months to allow my implants to fully integrate. Normal time is 6 months I think. I broke my temporary prosthetic twice during the waiting time. Both times, I called the office and they got me in the next day to replace it with a brand new one. I think my upfront cost was 22k and I didn’t have to pay for anything else. I can’t speak highly enough about every staff member I interacted with. They were all friendly and super helpful

@@winkcraddock9251 Install implants with active infection? 5 implants for all on 4? I'm almost 70 years old. Do you know how nuts some of this stuff sounds to me? I have met dentists that almost start drooling when they start talking about implants and collecting 50 K for the total process. Do you know how few dentists that guarantee anything? I'm not rich. 25 or 50 K is a lot of money to me.
