great house, with a homely feel, and with plans that are really flexible - if you have great friends, also in love with Italy, you could buy that house together and split in two. also, the fixtures, notably in bathrooms, are good-looking enough to keep - so often Italian interiors are low grade and kitch, but this is really quite good - except for the first kitchen, where the sink looks like a bar of soap 😂 the guest house is very, very good indeed, and could house a resident estate manager/handyman, which could be justified on a 4 hectares property. really surprised this hasn't sold yet.

vast, great condition, good fixtures making moving in possible without hardly changing anything, plus 4 hectares of land. that is a decent price.
