1.1m euros and only 1 hectare? doesn't sound right. I would expect 5 hectares or more for that price. creating a typical Tuscan arch between the small dining room and the small living room would have created a fantastic space. as they stand, those two small spaces feel wrong, making for a very odd groundfloor.

In a traditional farmhouse, you are not allowed to do whatever you want, especially with stone walls like that in the inside as well. This is one of the beauty of this kind of farmhouse that could have more than 300 years. It is important to preserve that beauty. With more hectares, probably the asking price would have been higher. However, the price of the land it can depend on lots of factors. We have also to consider that the land is hard to maintain, so lots of clients usually do not want to exceed 1 ha if they are not planning to have a farm.
