Can cyclops lesion occur in non acl surgery mean leg fracture surgery, I fractured my leg and had surgery I have one plate in my leg, it has been 6 months I can't straight my leg, when someone forcefully press my leg then it touch the ground but don't remain in that position do I have cyclops lesion please tell
