I want to encourage anybody who is struggling financially, please lean into what Ramsey teaches. I’ve been through FPU 2’s and my life is radically different today. Imagine a life where you have no debt and you very rarely stress about finances. It’s more than just practical steps, the baby steps change your life; one tip I will share with you is this, before you purchase something ask yourself if it is a want or a need? Then ask yourself if you are buying it for yourself or to impress others? If it is a want or you are buying it to impress others do not make the purchase.

He is right about tracking every dollar. I used to buy lunch almost every day which was roughly $10 a day, $40 a week. I started bringing my lunch to work and instantly had an extra $300 a month. A $100 is to buy food to make lunch instead of buying but you get the point. I think almost all of us are guilty of spending money that doesn't have to be spent! A failure to plan is plan for failure.

These are wonderful perspectives; I consider myself extremely fortunate to have begun investing in my early 30s and regularly compounded my income through assets to generate extra cash flow. I built a 7-figure well-diversified portfolio with exposure to many profitable investments, mostly savings accounts, equities, ibonds, and high-yield dividend funds. I will be eternally thankful to my mentor, James Fletcher Brennan. Passive income is required for long-term wealth creation.

I've been in real estate for 10 years and hearing all those millions who quit their jobs I know exactly why. People thought February of 2020 to June of 2022 was normal. It's never normal for the masses to make "easy money." After 10 years, I realized with set backs, challenges, losses, deals going south, all the things you didn't expect to happen in business truly takes time to become a millionaire. You can't expect it to happen in two years. It's just not normal.
