He would have held his ground more firmly if he didn't KNOW that he agreed to sell it. AND, he probably had a mortgage, too, which may have been equal to or greater than her $100,000 mortgage balance.

When there are big decisions to agree on like that setup a smartphone on a tripod and record the agreement together verbally. Then save it in your phone and you could also upload it to your own KZbin channel and set the video to private.
