I think I might prefer wooded courses just because I think it levels me off with bigger armed players. Plus I have a decent forehand for approaching

Nice...in my area it's all wooded courses. I can only think of a handful of holes around here that are truly open :D

Some of my favorite courses here in Atlanta are wooded courses. I find myself in more trouble in open courses than wooded. Makes me mind my shots more rather than just grabbing a 13 speed and ripping it every tee😂

For sure! Open courses are asking you to take those big bomber shots, but without the right control, you can end up in a lot of trouble.

Yes! I played Joe W. Painter Hillside DGC! I enjoyed it a lot. Super fun course!
