Not all women are queens. Queens are extremely rare. Even more so empresses. And an empress is a queen of queens. Just because a woman has a business or is a boss does not mean she is a queen. And that is just fine. What is success? What is happiness ? What's with all the labels? Alphas? Betas? True alphas? I don't believe in any of that. People are multidimensional beings that cannot be defined by labels. Success is subjective. Humility is a quality of great human beings.

I never mentioned all women are queens. I am discussing a woman’s energy & mindset. Not the actual position of a monarch. The woman I am discussing excels as a wise leader. True happiness & success is found once one begins to live an authentic life. As for your question about labels, they are helpful. Labels are frameworks which have the ability to help people identify behaviors, set goals, & envision the direction they are headed. Ideally, they are flexible & only used to guide one’s journey not lock one into a role. As for great leaders practicing humility. Actually, they don’t. Humility has the same root meaning as humiliate. They are caring, compassionate, & gracious people. Great leaders have to overcome too many obstacles to reach the level of success they do. They practice & express gratitude not humility.
