The UK is heading for rapid decline. Massively overpriced housing, declining public services, high taxes and decades of low skilled mass migration have destroyed the futures for young people so they’ll look elsewhere and be welcomed with open arms. As populations around the world now head for stagnation and population decline with low birth rates across most of the world, there are amazing opportunities for young people to leave and have much better standards of living and competition will rise among countries to attract the educated young. House prices will significantly fall in the UK over the medium to long term as the country struggles to retain young people and can’t attract educated immigrants and the economy implodes similar to Japan in the 90’s to today. Their booming stock and housing market crashed and never recovered, the population is now declining by 600,000 a year and more old age nappies are sold than baby ones. High house prices and taxes are heavily linked to steep declines in the population as people have fewer and fewer children.

I am 73 years old and still work full time. I have never seen such poor treatment of the workforce by employers. They purport flexibility, well-being for the workforce, inclusion etc so that they can tick the boxes but in reality? None of that is real. Real pay is less now than it was 20 years ago for most (regardless of what the BBC reports). The profits go on manager’s bonuses and share holder’s dividends. There is a great inequity within many businesses. I don’t blame our young people looking for work elsewhere.

They vote for the policies that tax them out of any ability to make a living, find any housing if they're not rich, and trash their cities with crime, homelessness & filth. Like California is a sewer. They move to states like Colorado, & ruin it too. It's a mess bc it's blue now, run by democrats. Every city or state that's blue is a disaster but they never learn. Now they're flooding to Texas & Florida that are run by conservatives- & doing the same stupid thing. They should be barred from voting until they've had a class in common sense.

I am 30, I moved to Moscow, Russia in search of a better way of life, I found it, plenty of work, a good work life balance and lower tax, the main thing is it's a fundamentally wholesome society, it's still "Normal" here societally. It seems that it's a society rising and on the way up, not one in which I am thinking that it's going to the dogs, it's going places, glad to be here - No intention of returning to the UK, ever.

@@cb8608 I moved just over a year ago now, I've been teaching English for the last 6 years, so I took a look at some international schools and Native English teachers seemed to be in high demand in Russia, sent my CV off to a few schools. Got my invitation and visa issued through one of the schools, packed my bags and left. Now and again I pop back to the UK over Christmas to see the family because there is no chance in hell they're coming over and that's about it really.

@jimmyl75117 ай бұрын
@@cb8608 It depends on what you're doing for a living for the most part and if there is a demand here for it, I can say that there is certainly a demand for English teachers, all I have to do is open my mouth in a local Sauna and someone wants to buy a course, so it's definitely a good time to be an English Teacher here. There are different routes to take, so a lot of it is finding one that just gets your foot in the door really, whether it be as a HQS (Highly qualified specialist) or just standard working visa, might be worth checking the trades and quota on the HQS though. There is of course the invitation route on a standard visa, only lasts 90 days I think. Then there is the Entrepreneurial visa, though I am not too clued up on it. My advice is to anyone who does want to come is to mention that bear in mind wages working for companies on standard visas are Lower, cost of living is lower too, the good money is in self employed activities. So to earn good money here I recommend advertising your services on apps like Profi or Social Media, word of mouth etc. Have a clear exit plan from the visa, immigration laws can change as I well know and have experienced. I think in two years of living here on a work visa you can go for a temporary residence permit, if you get married and have a child to a Russian lady, (which is what I did) then permanent residence, not much hassle is then attainable. The Economies of each are split off from each other completely, you can move money between each using crypto, but expect exorbitant fees! I hope this helps!

The reality in GB is that 70 years of immigration & continued Govt supported illegal immigration to a point at which this nation can no longer cope with all the problems associated with large scale immigration! Schools are turning out 40% of pupils who range from illiterate to barely literate, so adding considerable issues to our society, increasing violent crime, racial & religious divisions within communities, high unemployment, high tax, expensive accommodation/housing & food and basic utility services, all rounded off with a not fit for purpose National Health system so why wouldn't trained people want to go live in a more stable, better paid, better climate country? We no longer have a government.... democracy is being slowly diluted with our politicians just waiting for the globalist reset which means they can then ignore democracy altogether! GB is seriously broken and most politicians only care about their healthy incomes & pensions....the people don't seem to matter to them!
