thanks for this! I had SI Joint pain about a year ago. It has healed, but the muscles in the joint remain weak and experience some clicking sounds. I will definitely try these exercises more often

I got a little bit better when I totally stopped training my quads and instead started training only hamstrings and butt.

I have very limited hip flexion on my right side, but my left side is okay. Nothing seems to help

Hi, Lets say I need a straight leg raise of over 60 degrees to progress to weighted exercises in order to reach over 70+ degrees. If I'm waking up in the morning and I'm 55 degrees, but after doing my prescribed exercises I'm 65 degrees, which one would you count as the true measurement? Thanks for your help!

The way how you recommand breathing is that the same as "lateral breathing" ? (Im Dutcht, thats why i dont understand it always)
