thanks for this! I had SI Joint pain about a year ago. It has healed, but the muscles in the joint remain weak and experience some clicking sounds. I will definitely try these exercises more often

Hi, Lets say I need a straight leg raise of over 60 degrees to progress to weighted exercises in order to reach over 70+ degrees. If I'm waking up in the morning and I'm 55 degrees, but after doing my prescribed exercises I'm 65 degrees, which one would you count as the true measurement? Thanks for your help!
