Good stuff, EWU .. but to be honest, if it was me and I encountered those first two collapses, I would have filed this exploration under a big 'NOPE'. You two have far more courage than I, for sure.

There's nothing wrong with expressing genuine concern for someone :) So rare these days with most people numbed &insensitive. You can't connect with them, much less have an actual conversation... like they just can't be bothered even to help someone being attacked(or worse). Bless your heart seriously it's so rare these days especially to see someone worry for others&express it in a caring manner.. this was just awesome to witness this morning, thank you :)and you be careful as well SpunkyChicken!!! Urban explorers aren't the only ones in danger. Even just walking to the store where I live is risking your life between the more common attacks recently&all the hit&runs on pedestrians& cars even plowing into your own home where you're supposed to be safe(these things occur weekly sadly). So you be careful as well!!

Im always amazed on how much work and time was put into these mines. From the tracks, pipes, and electric lines...so cool. I cant help to think about kidnapped people every time I see clothing and food piles, especially in your other video where there was a school uniform and children's glasses. There was definitely something shifty going on there. Also, if you show us the tabs on any soda or beer cans, some of us who have knowledge on that can tell you around which year the cans are from. Looking forward to the next vid!

A couple of suggestions: 1) a penlight laser kept in your pocket to shine down deep holes--couldn't hurt, and it might help next time to gauge distances, and 2) if you see a deep hole in the floor, try the old handy-dandy movie cliché and drop a rock down the hole to see (tell us) how deep it is. Doy.

I have a guess at what these tunnels are for, testing nuclear bombs. They look like they are built for science and not any kind of extraction. They didn't follow minerals and the shafts are all in straight lines. The small shafts that are bored down and there are somewhat larger ones bore up. It seems to be drilled to deploy an array of sensors. They tested nuclear arms in the area (but miles and miles away). One of the things they would want to know is _seismically_ what impact does the explosion have. It would allow them to gauge the 'yield' of the nuclear bomb. To measure it they would want to, as much as possible, encircle it at various depths. So, if my guess is correct, there could be hundreds of these out there.
