Usually distance of 5-10 feet is enough. It will depend on the productivity/yielding of the tree. Every year the trees are not producing same amount of betelnuts. So to get an average of 10 lakhs income per year you should have at least 5000 trees. Aracanuts can be harvested as many as 35-40 years yearly non stop.
