So please explain how after a day of the game existing you judge the weapon as weak? I’ve heard that said about Dual Blades in Monster Hunter by people not knowing it was arguably the strongest thing in Iceborne when used and built correctly

Also wanted to point out for you hunters arm users, you can use the glider claw plant to hit an exposed weak point and hold R1 just before impact to latch on directly to the point and get an easy hunters arm pull... especially useful on those bigger monsters

A few years back while playing MHW, me and my buddy were having a conversation about what weapons we would love to see in the series. I said a Kasurigama would be so sick but I didn't think necessarily think it would fit in a monster hunting game. I'm SO glad this ended up in Wild Hearts.

Great video! I honestly wasn't that interested in this weapon before, but now I kind of want to try it. I'm a Sword and Shield main on Monster Hunter, and the weaving in and out of combat feels similar.

A little tip, the claw blades vertical spin slash can also be angled down. It doesn’t only need to go upward, pretty minor but thought i’d mention it cause it’s super useful.

Another tip, with claw in the kemono, holding attack one with a left or right direction is the best damage. Holding vs tapping are different attacks.

Just because I'm a huge fan of the channel and love what you guys do, I discovered that if you use the glider to pinpoint strike and do the side spin attacks, you have enough gauge from zero to execute the second spin slash and flow into the heavy spin for the finished without any buildup on the claw gauge

I was using bladed wagasa at first for few hunts then did bow which did a lot of dmg but feel the charges kill me . Then i switched to staff and having mained morph weapons in MH like Swaxe and CB i feel at home. This looks sick tho. I look forward to more weapon guides.

If you fly with karakuri then use the r2, you can pressa R2 again upon landing for instant cast of the reinforced bow move you where using. Just change the bow config before fly If needed

So to play perfectly you really want to stay airborne as much as possible. Jump & various attacks will build the bar faster - to them spend with the grapple and stay airborne whilst tethered and DPSing. Fun!

@Lee Bu The closest people who liked lance have gone into for this game, is the bladed wagasa, piercing weapon that functions with a super tight window parry that buffs your weapon up. What ive been using so far, fun and flashy as all hell, but the parry timing is still kickin my ass sometimes lol.

This weapons is definitely something I’ll have fun using. I also like the weapons that transforms into like 4 different weapons and then into a huge sword to slam a monster. I think that will be my main weapons but I’ll also play the claw a good bit too. I’m still extremely early in the game cause I’m jumping back and forth between this and Hogwarts legacy which I’m also having a blast playing. I always find it hard when 2 games I like releases cause I want to play both but always fight with myself on how long I should play one or the other.

How do you RT - X - L move spinning horizontal and control your character going 360 degrees around the dude? @5:35 Whenever I do it, I just continue to spin in that direction and get like 3 hits in?

Use analog left or right + square button will make the Crescent Spin Slash spin horizontal instead of vertical

@@kuniang That was not the question. The question was how to make it continue to spin rather than finish with the slash after three spins. I don't know how to make it execute the endless spin when the aura is fully charged.

Is this gameplay from PC or from console? I'd like to believe my specs are more than enough to run the graphics etc on High but on PC, the game is poorly optimized for me so far that I can barely make out details if I'm moving around even a step. I know some Twitch streamers have said they ran it perfectly fine, but now I'm wondering what sort of specs are needed to run it in beautiful color like that.

I Use an 3060 ti with ryzen 5 5600x and it doesnt works good at all. 56 fps on high but with fps Drops asf. In tutorial i had 70fps but after that it wasnt playable good at all

I'm having trouble with the RT+X spinning moves, I'll hold RT to draw myself in and then press X with a direction and it doesn't seem to engage the move, I've tried holding RT while pressing X and letting go, at this point I'm just confused.

I just realised there's no weapon with shields in this. No SnS or Lance. I don't want the same weapons but so far I haven't found any weapon I like. The best is the katana but I really don't love it. Nothing like the charge blade, swag axe, or insect glaive. The staff would be cool if it didn't transform into 5 different forms. That's too much. I'd prefer just a staff with more depth. The game is still fun but it won't ever click like MH until they add more weapons.

The problem with the PC version isn't that people don't have enough specs, including you in all likelyhood. It is a coding error involving how the CPU is used which makes it so that you are automatically bottlenecked no matter what you are using. Apparently the Devs know about this bug and will be rolling out a fix in the next week. So I would say that you probably will be able to play it fine, but just hold off until we see about the fix.
