On each individual item it says how long it will take to ship out, (it varies from 24hrs - 21days) so I tend to pick up items that will ship out in a week or so and that takes a little under a month to arrive! If you pick up something that takes around 21days to ship out it’ll delay the whole package cos they send everything out at the same time! I hope that makes senses >

Shipping is free if you spend a certain amount, I normally spend enough to get free shipping so I'm not certain the exact amount but I think it's around 80USD, if not the price of shipping is 13USD
