Wow these bathrooms are so dated and the shower steps up into the shower in every room are really bad for people with mobility issues or just anyone really

I frequently get asked that - the ones in older buildings are largely not suitable for conversion because they are so old. The new ones though all accommodate wheelchair users - the public spaces are accessible and they have specially equipped rooms too.
