To say the state provides us rights is to say that they are not inherent in each human. You are taking privileges and labeling them as rights when you do that.

Rights don't exist.

In the human history, infanticide by parents was the norm. Not enough food for another baby? A female baby? In the woods you go to be dinner for the animals. More human beings killed by that than in wars. Nothing to be ashamed of. Sure. I think it is very attractive to accept that meaning of universal rights is just to make us feel better and think that we progressed somehow morally. But we are not better than the people who kill their children. We just have more food now. Very attractive perspective.

It was already demonstarted that the "Kantian path" ends in utter contradiction and complete void. There's no such a thing as "universal values based on pure reason", every belief system demands an act of faith somehow. Divine revelation is a more coherent way to justify human rights - natural rights - than any secular modern ideology proposes.

Another argument imposed by the West is that : people should have human rights and freedom, because if a government/ruler mistakes and that state/economy/living standards, declines , the people should not invade other countries and run and disturb the others way of living, it should be their one government responsible, and not other countries suffering the consequences!

These people arguing that rights don't exist. Part of it is that they are ontologists for which nothing is axiomatic and thus they are in a constant state of confusion. And while they are claiming rights don't exist, they never can answer if that is true what in the world gives the right of someone in government to tell someone they cannot do something if they are not harming someone else. Where does THAT right come from?

She is full of it - she is not arguing against human rights - the title is click bait - she is staying Western Countries should not export their culture on other countries . However , she doesn't have courage to come out and specifically mention the Hawks ( Neo Conservatives ) in the US . Nor does she have the courage to talk about corporate imperialism - The City of London Corporation ( aka the Square Mile ) is one of the Financial Capitals of the world . .
