In Edgar's readings, when his concious mind is asleep he doesnt mention a God, it is when he is awake, in the Ego, using memory or sense doors to identify as a person conditioned state he is wracked with fear and believes in a God.

Hi fingerprint5511: I'd never heard that perspective of Edgar Cayce before. In many ways, I find Cayce to be fearless, altered state or not. Anyone who says, "Live your life so that you can tell the other person to go to hell and have it not be a sin," sounds like they have a handle on things. For example, Jesus said to the rabbis: "Ye are like unto whited sepulchers, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness." I've always felt Jesus and Cayce were preaching off the same page.

@@edgarcaycearizona67 I agree, often Edgar could sense if a person had a certain viewpoint on God~ That's why he always used terms like _Creative forces_ instead of the word _God._ He knew that just saying one word like God sets people off like a 3 legged dog in a Frisbee factory

Has edgar cayce spoken about the sumerians and the Babylonian tablets atrahasis epic where the real creation story is told and where ALL the bible story came from......there is a PRIME CREATOR but those beings that interfered with our evolution are only more advanced beings than us but not our true CREATORS....We all have the essence to create our reality...we are the "gods"

Hi SoulitaireRecordsOfficiel: I have not heard of the ECRs speaking to the tablets you mentioned. One of the more recent videos we offer does cover the how/when/whys of our creation, as well as how we get out of here. It is the 3-part series on the Philosophy chapter in Cayce's biography entitled "There is a River."

I often tell atheists that dark matter and dark energy has existed in the universe since the dawn of its creation, yet we as humans have relatively just discovered it. Then I say _" How long will it be before we discover God? "_ That really gets them thinking. Edgar himself said we must attune ourselves to a higher frequency similar to radio waves. If not, one gets nothing but static. But once attuned, the message comes through loud and clear.

Hi Shadowman: I watched what I guess is an Atheist apologist this morning. It came up in my YT feed because I just posted this apologetics video. The guy's name is Matt Dillahunty. He is articulate and obviously intelligent in how he quickly puts together his pre-casted arguments. The problem is that he picked a weak, traditional Christian opponent. It was too easy for him to wipe the floor with poorly constructed arguments. I am sure he would never admit that anyone beat him in a debate, and probably not even a draw. One of the funniest memes I've seen goes like this: "Your point makes so much sense. You just changed my mind on the subject," said NO ONE EVER!

@@edgarcaycearizona67 I checked out his channel ~Typical childlike view of God and religion that most atheist have. Within minutes he was bringing up the same old terms and topics that ALL Atheists do. If God were real then why doesn't he make my amputated arm grow back and all the other whacked out stuff they say. So sick of hearing the famous "where the evidence line" . Many atheist ( not all ) are very argumentative people. And they often have issues in their past that set them on a path of non belief. One once told me ( after a debate ) that if God were real, then why didn't he save my young brother from losing his leg in an accident. ( childlike view again, expecting God to make reality like a twilight zone episode making peoples legs magically appear again ) I didn't attack him on this as I knew he experienced childhood trauma with his brother ~ But there does seem to be a pattern with atheist that they like to push buttons with so called religious types and also they seem to lack an open minded view of things that can't be explained. Those of us who have been exposed to the Cayce material, often sends them running for the hills in fear LOL

Curious., Edgar’s story is seated in a completely bible based origin, as well as a church grounded connection. How are we to correlate and understand this, to a shift of mystical clairvoyance ? He himself never wrote of such things.. we are only left with others interpretations. When looking out on the landscape of soc media since his passing, his life and its meaning, has been literally exaggerated , added to, speculated and concluded to fit other people’s narrative. The man devoted his entire life to helping others, without nary earning a living from it. I can only imagine his reaction to the “ bastardizing” of his life work being reduced to a quick profit based on made up liberties being taken by others.

Hi Yet333: Cayce was a member of the Disciples of Christ church, a subdivision of the Church of Christ. That's a pretty traditional sect, so you can imagine how tough it was on him when his readings started to speak of reincarnation and Jesus being the perfect role model instead of dying to pay for our sins. Cayce described the Bible as containing the word of God, but not every word in the Bible comes from God. Why? Because the Biblical authors had free will and did the best they could in writing down their understanding of God's words for us. Cayce describes the Bible as an excellent historical record of humanity's growing understanding of God's unconditional love. In other words, we should never have stopped adding to the Bible, just like encyclopedias continue to be enhanced as time goes by.

@@edgarcaycearizona67 gods unconditional love. ( huh). You say we should “ never have stopped adding to the Bible (?) it appears many humans added and deleted to the Bible over 2 thousand years. Emperor Constantine in 325 along with the Catholic religious royalty did this very thing. The gnostics, the many orthodox ( and unorthodox ) jews, the 200+ created religious denominations over time. Too many man made doctrines and interpretations. If you truly observe in a broad objective and sincere spiritual way, “ gods unconditional love “, is not at all evident throughout mankind’s history. Struggling a bit with your analogy of bible/ encyclopedia.. man has been altering the “ truth” of history throughout. Your last statement -, “ the biblical authors had free will of understanding gods words”. That, is a completely loaded statement. For so so many reasons. Ah, and so it goes.
