I really resonate with this song. I didn't figure out my personal approach to learning Gemara/Rashi/Tosfos properly until Yeshiva. It was so frustrating and depressing that I just couldn't do it. I'm not dumb by any means, I just needed to learn the skill properly. In the end, it took an amazingly patient chavrusa, Master Daf, and a pencil to bring me to a satisfactory skill level.

@@ZevMeth_originaljewishmusic Not really; V'haarev Na is more a style of learning gemara-- keep chazzering until you "own" the masechta, and is a popular program in high schools. Lamdeini on the other hand provides one-on-one tutoring for younger kids (typically before bar mitzvah age) who don't "get" how to learn gemara since it's different from chumash, etc. A tutor is matched up with a struggling kid and helps him fill in the gaps so he can catch up. Both AMAZING programs to further learning in Klal Yisrael! :)
