This reality is only in moshiach times. We have to smile despite the bad news and to learn to smile even in hard times. It's not easy, but we have to try and appreciate the little things. For every person it will be different. For one when they see a flower, bird for another when they swim, exersice. Helping someone in need. For another when they hear themselves breathing...
