For context, Caster Tamamo if summoned as the Nine-Tailed Fox (Beast Class) is stated to be so powerful that not even one hundred Heroes would be sufficient to defeat her (Beast Class Servants do not screw around, even *_GILGAMESH_* has to be 100% serious against a Beast, as shown with the battle against Tiamat). Aria is basically another "piece" of Tamamo. Aria is very likely an extremely powerful Servant who is simply masquerading as a weak Servant.
