ARIA Resort & Casino's 2024 Spring lobby display (Las Vegas)

AmericaJR's Jason Rzucidlo recently visited ARIA Resort & Casino to check out their spring 2024 lobby display. It features several metal trellises with nicely decorated flowers. In addition, you'll see lots of larger-than-life birds flying up above. We also take you to the ARIA Patisserie where you'll see an oversize sugar masterpiece. It is made up of over 1,000 lbs. of brown sugar flowers, glass blades and pulled sugar vines. Each sculpted sparrow weighs 5 pounds of solid dark chocolate and crystal sugar. The edible garden floor has over 500 pounds of chocolate rocks and features pistachio sponge cake moss, cocoa-powder-covered chocolate branches and chocolate streusel soil.
