I think that very understandably she finds the 3-on-1 interview quite daunting. I hate talking to more than one person at a time. I suppose like all of Ariana's fans I've always felt like I understand her and what she feels in most situations. It's confidence mixed with anxiety; I know how this feels. Like her I can also foresee when someone is about to ask me something that could put me in an awkward position, and I'll jump in to try and pre-empt it. This is also an anxiety thing. Like me she always wants to put everyone/anyone who interviews her at THEIR ease - even though it's their job to do that for her. It's so nice how she does this every time and is also to do with (social) anxiety. She is amazing, she carries off every interview perfectly no matter how many interviewers she has to face. Lucky these 3 are all very nice though.
