People talk about Cynthia's attitude quite a bit but from what I've seen of her she's just quite sensitive and maybe acts before she thinks. Ive never expected perfection out of actors and actresses personalities because they're just people and eill sometimes get things wrong. She seems quite lovely.

Exactly! It takes a level of sensitivity and care to play characters from Wicked. Both Ariana and Cynthia had to disappear into the role to make the movie as good as it is! I’m so tired of people calling them “they’re so narcissistic and alien.”, They had to! Especially Ariana, a pop star that big definitely have crazier fans, and they enable her to “forget she’s human.”, I mean with her talent ? I’d forget I was human too. And then Cynthia’s breakdown: My mom who used to do local musical theatre explained that she may have been upset with the poster change because the original poster hides the identity of the actors. Why? Because wicked plays have different actors for each country. That’s why she felt “erased”. I realized how Cynthia might have just worded her anger in that instagram story. I feel so bad for them, they’re great
