It’s her best album for me because it’s more lyrical than her previous albums, every song sounds better the more you listen to it, it’s been on repeat since it came out and I just can’t get over it, my favourite is get well soon because Ariana told Apple Music the meaning behind the lyrics, it talks about suicide and how in case someone conciders commiting it she will always be right there beside that person, it’s also about anxiety and ability to succied in life, it’s her best album in my opinion

One's feelings towards this album kind of depends on how you want your Ariana. If you want commercial bangers all straight through, you will be disappointed and would think this is a step down from Dangerous Woman. But if your down for a more experimental, weirder, less commercial and more vocally toned down Ariana, then the textures of Sweetener will make you feel at home. I just hope there are bonus tracks as well as this has been her shortest overall release (including all bonus material in previous albums) in terms of actual play length. It sounds more than a transitional album and that her best one is yet to come.

@Mvx _03 Thank U, Next is in my opinion Ariana's 3rd worst album after Yours Truly and My Everything. The whole album felt commercial to me.
@talkthruthenight22996 жыл бұрын
This album is so interesting and experimental for AG, I don't see myself getting bored with any of the Pharell-produced tracks, especially. Of course, I like the classic AG pop songs like breathin, but I'm really excited to see where Ariana goes with this new funk vibe :)

You're so right, I've been listening to this album non stop for almost 3 years and typically it goes like this: - skip raindrops and - start jamming to blazed - dance to tlic - sing along to REM - skip giaw - make up a new choreo for sweetener - pretend you're successful while listening to successful - jam to everytime and low-key wish it was the live version - skip breathin - sing and dance to ntltc (or sometimes skip it) - dun..dun..dun "LET'S GO!" (borderline) - listen to better off unless you're feeling too happy to - skip gng (I was never a huge fan, I've been listening to the original since it came out in 2005) - sing pete davidson and wish it was longer - you can feel it, feel it, dinggg ✨
@inkeriananas3 жыл бұрын
And I have to point out that I love every single track on this album, giaw is a masterpiece and so on, but for me they feel standalone songs and don't match the vibe of the album, which I absolutely adore. That's why I skip them 🤷🏼♀️
