My theory: Nicki tipped BP to serve milks especially to Kylie because she hates her since her baby-daddy (Travis) blocked her album. She knew that Kylie is lactose intolerant except for Cindy. Selena didn't intended to kill Cindy and Kylie, as you can see she found out that they were lactose intolerant right after they finished their glass that's why she said "I saw the sign but I ignored it" (she can prevent their death by bringing them to the hospital but she ignored it) and before they die she left the room. Jessie J entered the room and saw the corpses. Selena knew that she will be the prime suspect because Jessie saw her leave the room. So Selena said "I have to kill 'em" she used her phone to manipulate the lights. Nicki is behind her so she probably saw it but didn't do anything because she knew what is happening. And Selena pushed Jessie's irrelevant ass off the stairs. Alicia's suspect is Selena because she is the only one capable of pushing Jessie. So before Alicia reveal her suspect Selena killed her, now the girl is cold dead and not on fire. Selena have to kill Dua also, before she reveal her secrets because of the footage. Before Gaga and Loona be suspicious at her and Taylor (since they we're in the same room where Dua died) she also killed them and tried to frame Nicki for the first time by pushing her but failed. Taylor surely suspects Selena because they we're in the same room where Dua died and she knew that she herself is not the killer. Selena knew that Taylor was INNOCENT but managed to frame her by sending her a message that she knew BP will believe since Taylor is allegedly known for playing the victim card. She also have to kill Doja because she maybe saw something while she is making friends with the floor that can reveal Selena's secrets. In conclusion, Nicki just wanted to get revenge and kill Kylie but it made Selena a celebrity serial killer and she is happy about it because she managed to get away with it lol.

Let me get this right: BP gave Selena a few glasses of milk, that she had to give to Kylie and Cyndi that were lactose intolerant. So Selena “accidentally” killed them, and she was so frustrated by this that she went insane. But in reality it was Nicki that payed BP to kill the others; in the end BP sacrifice themselves to save Ariana, but they did it so that they wouldn’t be seen as suspects or because they didn’t want to live with the thought that it was them that started the “killing streak”. This is actually ingenious, I loved every part of it!

So here's the summary of everything I understood in case any of y'all didn't get it: Nicki told Blackpink that she would give them money if they gave Selena, Kylie, and Cyndi milk. Blackpink agreed in doing so, not realizing that Kylie and Cyndi were lactose intolerant and that they would die from the milk. The next things that happened are shown in Selena's flashbacks. After she tells everything that she did, Blackpink most likely felt guilty because they were the ones who served the milk, and not just that, they killed Taylor before she could prove she was innocent. They didn't get to say anything about the milk fiasco because Ariana was about to die from the knife Selena threw so instead they sacrificed themselves in return for letting Kylie and Cyndi drink something that would kill them and mostly for killing Taylor before she could prove that she was innocent. Nicki, however, didn't since she didn't feel bad unlike Blackpink. And then Selena dies from Loona. So yeah, Nicki is the mastermind. She manipulated Selena into thinking that she caused Kylie's and Cyndi's death, leading her to murder almost everyone else to try to not get caught. She also guilt tripped Blackpink into sacrificing themselves. Selena is also guilty, she could've just tried to explain what happened to prevent that but instead just tries to kill everyone one by one to try to not get accused. Blackpink is as well. Not because of this milk fiasco since they didn't know Kylie and Cyndi were lactose intolerant but because they killed Taylor even though they weren't completely sure she was the bad guy. Gosh, is Nicki a GENIUS 😔😔
