My theory: Nicki tipped BP to serve milks especially to Kylie because she hates her since her baby-daddy (Travis) blocked her album. She knew that Kylie is lactose intolerant except for Cindy. Selena didn't intended to kill Cindy and Kylie, as you can see she found out that they were lactose intolerant right after they finished their glass that's why she said "I saw the sign but I ignored it" (she can prevent their death by bringing them to the hospital but she ignored it) and before they die she left the room. Jessie J entered the room and saw the corpses. Selena knew that she will be the prime suspect because Jessie saw her leave the room. So Selena said "I have to kill 'em" she used her phone to manipulate the lights. Nicki is behind her so she probably saw it but didn't do anything because she knew what is happening. And Selena pushed Jessie's irrelevant ass off the stairs. Alicia's suspect is Selena because she is the only one capable of pushing Jessie. So before Alicia reveal her suspect Selena killed her, now the girl is cold dead and not on fire. Selena have to kill Dua also, before she reveal her secrets because of the footage. Before Gaga and Loona be suspicious at her and Taylor (since they we're in the same room where Dua died) she also killed them and tried to frame Nicki for the first time by pushing her but failed. Taylor surely suspects Selena because they we're in the same room where Dua died and she knew that she herself is not the killer. Selena knew that Taylor was INNOCENT but managed to frame her by sending her a message that she knew BP will believe since Taylor is allegedly known for playing the victim card. She also have to kill Doja because she maybe saw something while she is making friends with the floor that can reveal Selena's secrets. In conclusion, Nicki just wanted to get revenge and kill Kylie but it made Selena a celebrity serial killer and she is happy about it because she managed to get away with it lol.

I have a new theory, I still think that the real culprit is Nicki, because in the end it is seen that he tips BLACKPINK who coincidentally were the ones who gave the milk to Kylie and Cyndi, since Selena did not know that she was going to accidentally kill Kylie and Cyndi, so it could be that Nicki blamed Selena by giving the milk and tip to BLACKPINK, and so Selena always tried to blame Nicki by giving her the knife when Doja was killed. And BLACKPINK sacrificed themselves for Ariana because they suspected something of Nicki as she tipped them for the milk they gave Selena.
