The aid organizations should take wise steps towards distributing food to poor people. 1. They should not distribute inside big cities as they say Kabul, mazar, Herat, poor people will leave their home places will move to these big cities for these helps. 2. Should use these aids to encourage replaced people to go back to their home places then will receive these help there. 3. These helps missing up the country more, replacing more people.
