Poor editing. You are showing the new market but narrating about the old dysfunctional market. When you were showing the old market, you were narrating on the new market.When narrating that the new market is now operating, you were showing empty stalls and workers working on the roof of the section of the new market yet to be completed. You talked about the police station and the banks but did not show them.Your intention to highlight the new development is good but the video clips and accompanying narration was disjointed. Pause and narrate on what the viewers are seeing.Let them take it in. Avoid speaking continuously, that will help you avoid some of these mistakes. If commenting in real time, focus the video recording on what you are narrating not just panning to different views. I hope that you will do a better job in your future video clips.
