i have a few SQ of boucle that i'm yet to cast anyhting on so i am interested to hear your pattern ideas for future boucle projects. your stripey tank is giving me vintage olympics vibes for some reason and i love it! i would never have guessed that the two tanks use minis from the same collection - how cool that they share that link but turned out so differently.

I've had a gauge issue like the one you're having with the Mahla top with another Sari pattern before. The gauge was something like 18st/4in with ribbed/cabled fabric, and the pattern called for DK weight yarn. I went ahead and used worsted weight yarn and am very happy with that decision. She seems to like a looser gauge/holey-er fabric than I prefer, so I'm just using thicker yarn for any of her patterns going forward.

Very curious to see the Superlative sweater on you next week. Held up it looks great and the colour is really nice! I like the ribbing you chose to do. And your spun yarn looks sooo beautiful! One day I'll start spinning too! For the hat - I hope I am not hurting your feelings with this but it sounded like you wouldn't mind feedback? You have made some beautiful hats. They all looked great. This one I don't like. It's not terrible of course but your other hats suit you so much better. I am also not the biggest fan of that colour so close to your face. I think a slightly more vibrant colour suits you better. I am absolutely no expert but I feel like light colours with cooler undertones are maybe better for you? For darker colours both warm and cool seem good to me.

Thank you! Yeah it’s definitely not one of my favorite hats that I’ve ever knit but I’m glad I tried it and it was a quick project so it doesn’t feel too disappointing haha

Did you have any issues with the BOR being at located at one of the back raglan seams in the Downtown Hoodie? I tried knitting that last year and the raglan seam at the BOR was wonky and distorted so I had to frog it but this is a pattern I really want to knit. I'd love to hear if you experienced a similar issue at all, or if you have any advice? Thanks

Hi! I didn’t have that problem with mine, but are you using a big stitch marker for BOR? I found that sometimes when I use a large stitch marker at seams that it can make my stitches act a little weird.
