New video! Watch in 4K
I’m so excited to finally share this video! I have had this idea for this video for awhile now and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I saw The Little Mermaid a month after it came out because i was busy but when I finally saw it in theaters I loved it!!! It was even better than I thought it’d be, there’s little things I’d change but overall I really loved it. I’ve watched it online like 5 times so far, lol. I used to love The Little Mermaid but not quite as much as an adult but I still like it and love the songs, but this movie reawakened my love for this movie. Halle’s voice was soooo beautiful! And she was so good as Ariel. Jonah was amazing as Eric too, and super dreamy 😍 I also really loved Ariel and Erics love story, it was even better than the original in my opinion. It gave more depth to their story, and they had so much chemistry together. So I just knew I had to make a video of them and this song was perfect. I’ve used it before for Anakin and Padmé but when I heard the lyrics, “As we lay there, under a blue sky of pure white stars…” I instantly thought of the boat scene. I knew i had to use it, it’s also one of my favorite songs too. I did rearrange the song a little to fit the clips so hopefully it sounds okay. Unfortunately it took me longer than I hoped it would to finish this cuz I got busy and also I screen recorded scenes of the cam footage just for the HD version of the movie to come out just after. 🙃🤪
I wanted clear clips to I started over from scratch with the clearer clips. Anyway, hope you all like it.
