Even tho MaD Tv had a small alumni They are wayy better then SNL. SNL just had the big budget and sooo many celebs be on which got them the raitings. Not cuz they are funny or good. Just cuz of who the celebs were. Some were actuallly funny. But I still say SNL doesn’t touch the greatness Mad Tv was back in the day. It was so damn funny and great. They got to push boundaries unlike SNL they can’t push boundaries cuz of how soft everyone is these days.

Thank you for having Airies on here. I loved his comedy and then I turned from him because of what I saw of his persona outside of comedy. Having him on Tigerbelly and allowing him to explain himself, his thought processes and see his character in a raw way has made me see his humanity and truly relate to him or at the very least understand him a little better.

Bobby and Aries comes from 2 different spectrums with their own set of struggles. They brought it to the table during this episode of airing out each's dirty laundry. I can sense that Aries has had a more challenging journey from his responses and I get that Bobby is sensitive to it but I also think Bobby is failing to empathize completely here which sucks because Bobby was having the same struggles that Aries keeps bringing back up about a Dozen years ago before Khalyla came around. Aries has talents that far exceed some headlining performers, and despite him having his own tours and podcast, I hope this episode exposes him to newer audiences that'll open other doors for him.

It's funny because Jordan Peele "played the victim" all the way to the bank. I guess Aries didn't play that game the right way. I've actually never even heard insider rumors about Aries being difficult and negative, but I picked up on that by myself just from watching a few interviews with him. Been a fan of him and Bobby since Mad TV and I love their comedy, but they're both pretty flawed people.

@@clicheguevara5282everyone is flawed.. Jordan Peele is a brilliant writer, and director, so he is allowed to be “difficult” to an extent considering he is the one creating and actualizing the vision and the script.. and on top of that he found a co star that he had good chemistry with and a team to support them.. that is not easy to acquire and I doubt being difficult to work with has an effect on that if what you produce brings in a lot of revenue and praise..

Guess I'm the only person who feels otherwise. I never liked the guy, he's not really got any success for a reason, and despite all the issues Bobby has, and hes got a million, I feel like Aries was wrong across the board during their discussion in terms of behavior. He just keeps talking about how hes a straight shooter and hates phony people in the business or whatever, sounds like he was a dick and unhinged and Bobby wanted nothing to do with him but he held a grudge and forced his way on. Nah, fuck that guy.
@N8.the.Gr8

@@ElatedBlowfish oh yea I totally get what you’re saying. I’m not justifying rotten behaviors I’m more coming from a place of nostalgia and watching them on mad tv and their comedy sets. I could get into analyzing people but for me folks in the entertainment business are just that, I love their entertainment and skill in the art form and what they provide me within that lane. As for backstory and behind the scenes I’m sure there’s issue to work through but we all have our short comings and stuff. I don’t take life advise from those who are my favorite entertainers and for good reason lol I mean comics alone have shitty upbringings and issues so wouldn’t be wise to take advice from them. But if they did a movie together or tv show I’d def watch it bc I love their comedy.
