well china tirelist will not be any more helpful then any other list since the game will have global release so all versions r been given to all at exact same time.

@@PST07 I see, well i suggest you try to find out how kuro makes characters. and how they made them for wuwa. what i mean is the technique they used to avoid or lower power creeps thus maintaining value of characters throughout the game. genshin for example uses a point budget system divided in attack, support and so on. say the budget is 10 for 5 star and 6 for 4 star now points are allotted to these division thus making sure no character is have it all or too weak or too strong. (exception ofc r there ) if you crack this code somehow then you will always know which character to get for long term value. usually supports are suggested over dps over long term. .... wait u already know all this eh Take care keep growing !!!
