Daughter of Africa...May God bless you! Take your candle & light up the world b/c this light that God has given you, no man can dim! To everyone who want to be the judge, jury, advocate, & solicitor over the life of this young lady, take a look in the mirror & ask yourself, "What is my why?". Congratulations to you Chidinma! Life is what you make of it & not what others want to make for you. To another daughter of Africa Rebecca Cheptegei, R.I.P! Say no to Domestic Violence & say no to Cyber Bullying!

Chidinma was a wildcard contestant which exempts her from necessarily taking part in the qualifying rounds. Also there was no contestant representing Taraba State so she did not steal anybody's spot. Finally, she is of course Nigerian so nothing stops her from representing Nigeria at the Miss Universe finals in Mexico.

I want all of you watching this to save this post, Chidimma will win Miss Universe or Miss World. Don't underestimate the Murray Bruce brothers, they have been in this business since 1980s. They were the ones that crowned Bianca Ojukwu Miss Continental in 1989 if you watch that old tape of Bianca Onoh. They were the ones that identified Agbani Darego who later won Miss World. They quickly brought Chidimma in because they know what sells in this business! They also know the xenophobia ordeal will help sell her to the judges!

How deluded you are, thinking that height is the only parameter judges look out for in their assessment of true beauty. She has a pretty face, nice dentition, lovely lips, elegant physical frame, and most importantly, brilliant IQ. She is bold, courageous, talented, and courteous. For her to have made it to the finals in SA, she is really good and eminently qualified. Keep your stupid judgement to yourself, cynic.
@aishablack2426
@aishablack2426 9 күн бұрын
She isn't short; she's 5 feet 7 inches, so she's a tall, beautiful queen and meets the Miss Universe requirements. For comparison, one of the most beautiful and successful Miss Universe winners was Aishwarya Rai, who won the title in 1994. She was also 5 feet 7 inches tall, the same height as Chidima Adetshina. Others are just extremely tall. For example, Miss Universe Nigeria 2023, Ugochi Mitchel Ukachukwu, who is 6 feet 3 inches (if not the tallest Miss Universe contestant ever) and Miss Universe South Africa this year, Mia Le Roux, stands at 5 feet 10 inches (very tall and beautiful). If this helps, the Miss Universe Philippine contestant this year, Chelsea Manalo (stunning queen), is also 5 feet 7 inches, and a few others with the same height range. So, Chidima's height is not an issue. She has everything it takes to win, and I hope she does. Even though I'm not from South Africa or Nigeria, as an African, I'll be rooting for her all the way from the UK because I like her unique story and resilience.

I’m so happy to hear she has a great circle of friends that supported her journey throughout the highs and lows🥹💖 She’s been through a lot, but as they say, intense pressure creates the diamonds. You’re a gem Chidimma, from the other side of the world, the people here are rooting for you! As someone earlier mentioned, when you have mixed heritage you can be the bridge between nations, and that’s what we see you as queen. May Africa be united behind its queens!

Good to see an African American here. Am sure you and many of your fellow have seen black South Africans for what they really are. It's a note of warning to those who think South Africa is the place to move/relocate to. These black South Africans hate anything black skin. They may appear to welcome you now but you know what's gonna happen to you and your children down the road. At most, they will create a narrative around you AA immigrants and stamp you with that label to prep for physical attacks. Be careful. East Africa is better

There was a time white minority government rejected black people in South Africa. There was a time we rejected homosexuals. The time is now to accept that a Nigerian by blood can represent South Africa in many spaces, including government. Like it or not, South Africa is a progressive country. It's really funny how people fight over nothing. We should all know that in Nigeria, most of the top companies are owned by South Africa(MTN, Shoprite, DSTV, Protea Hotels and more). These companies top in Nigeria business circle, and Nigerians dnt have problems patronizing them because they are from SA. We expect SA to show same level of Love and acceptance to Nigerians in all ramifications. The earlier we realize we are all one the better for all of us.

@@dokotelam7207Nigerians are dominating your country in engineering, education, business etc. White SAns prefer dealing with Nigerians than black SAns because they’re smarter and hardworking. Most of your ladies prefer Nigeria men. Your problem is that they are dominating you in your country. @@dokotelam7207 These SA companies chose to sell their shares that's why you have Nigerians as shareholders there. Be aware that buying shares or stock is open to all irrespective of country. And to also let you know that there are also thousands of SA who are homeless in their own land so dnt bring that up. The only reason why a country like Nigeria that is so blessed with all sort of mineral resources have their people in that condition is because of bad leadership, if not I dnt think any Nigerian would leave a blessed country to another country. The bottom line is we must learn to accept one another as no one is perfect.

Omo 90% of the shares of most of those companies, especially Shoprite, are owned by Nigerians. I would say Nigerians just bought the franchise from the S.A. owners.
