Rev. Yakubu was clear, but some disagree with his observations. Persecution of Christians in the North has noticeably declined since BAT (Muslim-Muslim ticket) took office, disproving CAN's fears. In fact, Northern Christians are faring better under a Muslim-Muslim ticket with a Southern Muslim president than under a Muslim-Christian one. This, I believe, unsettles those opposing the Reverend’s view, as it questions the necessity of having Christians on the presidential ticket.
