How does the agreement signed by the Governor in contravention of the Nigerian Constitution, and against the will of the Rivers State people binding? No one should be made to uphold an illegality. It's like a guy asking you to sign an agreement to destroy government property, then, you renege on the agreement, and people say you broke an agreement. Once those PDP politicians sheepishly listened to Wike and declared for APC, game over! They lost their seats. That's what the 1999 Nigerian Constitution says. Tinubu is NOT above the Nigerian Constitution. Good thing Governor Sim deceived Tinubu, because Tinubu wallows in illegalities!
