Nigerian government needs to contract the election process to foreign elections experts. The government should employ foreign judges to rehabilitate the judicial system. The government should employ experienced foreign retired FBI to head the Police, Customs and the Air Force. Nigerian need foreign experts in various fields to neutralise the threat of bad governance.
